Privacy Notice
Effective and last reviewed: 18 July 2026
1. Scope
This notice applies to stevenyiqingli.com, an independent personal leadership and pharmaceutical partnership website. It explains how an initial business inquiry is prepared and what technical information may be generated when the website is visited.
2. Inquiry form
At launch, the inquiry form does not send information to a website database. After you complete the required fields, your browser prepares an email in your own email application. You decide whether to send that email. The resulting email is then processed by your email provider and the receiving mailbox, under their respective security and retention practices.
3. Information you may provide
- Name, organization, country or region and work email.
- Selected cooperation interest.
- A short, non-confidential project overview.
Provide only information necessary for an initial business-fit review. A confidentiality agreement and an approved secure channel should be used before detailed technical or commercial materials are exchanged.
4. Hosting and technical logs
The hosting provider may process standard technical logs such as IP address, request time, requested file, browser type and error information for security, reliability and troubleshooting. The launch package does not include advertising trackers, behavioral analytics or third-party form processors.
5. Cookies and local storage
The launch version does not set optional analytics or advertising cookies and does not use local storage for profiling. Essential hosting or security services may use strictly necessary technical mechanisms. This notice will be updated before optional analytics or similar tools are introduced.
6. Purpose and retention
A sent inquiry may be used to respond, assess project fit, route the inquiry to an appropriate responsible team and maintain a reasonable business correspondence record. Retention depends on the relevance of the discussion, legal requirements and the receiving organization's record-management rules.
7. International communications
Email may be transmitted or stored in jurisdictions used by the sender's and recipient's email providers. Do not use ordinary email for regulated personal data or sensitive technical information.
8. Your choices
You may choose not to use the form and may request correction or deletion of a sent business inquiry, subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements. Contact lyq@cjrf.com.
9. Changes
This notice may change when hosting, analytics, inquiry processing or contact arrangements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current public version.
