Privacy Notice

Effective and last reviewed: 19 July 2026

Please do not send patient data, health records, trade secrets, passwords, payment data, identity documents or other sensitive information through the initial inquiry.

1. Scope

This notice applies to stevenyiqingli.com, an independent personal leadership and pharmaceutical partnership website. It explains how an initial business inquiry is prepared and what technical information may be generated when the website is visited.

2. Who handles an inquiry

This independent website receives an initial inquiry for business-fit assessment. Where relevant, the inquiry may be reviewed by Steven Li and routed to the appropriate Hainan Hailing Chemipharma business-development or technical team. The inquiry email address and privacy contact are stevenyiqingli@foxmail.com.

3. Information collected through the inquiry form

  • Name, organization, work email, country or region and website language.
  • Dosage form, target market, project stage, cooperation type and expected timing.
  • A short, non-confidential project overview and whether further discussion under an NDA is preferred.
  • Consent confirmations, submission time, processing status and the generated reference number.
  • Source page, landing page, referring website host, first-visit time and campaign parameters (source, medium, campaign and content) used to measure business-inquiry effectiveness.

Provide only information necessary for an initial business-fit review. A confidentiality agreement and an approved secure channel should be used before detailed technical or commercial materials are exchanged.

4. Submission, storage and security

When you select “Request preliminary assessment,” the form sends the information directly to the website inquiry service. The inquiry is stored in Alibaba Cloud ESA edge key-value storage and is assigned a reference number. Authorized personnel may access the record only for inquiry handling, security, troubleshooting and legally required record management. Reasonable access controls and no-cache responses are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

5. Hosting and technical logs

The hosting provider may process standard technical logs such as IP address, request time, requested file, browser type and error information for security, reliability and troubleshooting. The launch package does not include advertising trackers or behavioral advertising profiles.

6. Cookies and local storage

The current hosting security layer may set the strictly necessary HttpOnly cookies acw_tc and cdn_sec_tc, each with a maximum lifetime of approximately one hour, to support request security and service reliability.

This site uses a first-party, cookie-free measurement endpoint to record page views and limited conversion events (form start, successful submission, capability-profile download, video play, a click on the email contact link, and selection of a CMO, CDMO or technology-transfer route). Email-link clicks only indicate an attempt to open an email contact and do not show whether a message was sent. Records contain event type, site path, language, time, referring host and limited campaign parameters; they do not contain form contents, the full referrer URL, advertising identifiers or a cross-site profile. Event records are retained for up to 90 days. Session storage may keep limited attribution fields during the current visit.

7. Purpose, sharing and retention

Inquiry information is used to acknowledge the submission, assess project fit, route it to an appropriate responsible team, prevent abuse and maintain a necessary business record. It is not sold or used for consumer advertising. It may be shared with Hainan Hailing Chemipharma or a service provider only to the extent necessary for these purposes and subject to appropriate safeguards.

An inactive inquiry is normally deleted or de-identified no later than 24 months after the last meaningful contact. A record may be kept for a shorter period when it is no longer relevant, or for a longer period where law, regulatory requirements, dispute handling or an agreed project requires it.

8. International access

The website serves international visitors. Hosting infrastructure and authorized inquiry handlers may operate in more than one jurisdiction. Do not submit regulated personal data or sensitive technical information through the initial form. An approved secure channel should be agreed before detailed cross-border project materials are exchanged.

9. Your choices and requests

You may choose not to use the form. You may request access, correction or deletion of an inquiry, or ask a question about its handling, subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements. Email stevenyiqingli@foxmail.com and include the reference number where available. A privacy request will normally be acknowledged within five business days.

10. Changes

This notice may change when hosting, analytics, inquiry processing or contact arrangements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current public version.
